I’m not a breakfast person but the porridge with honey was beautiful at the buffet. Great selection of alcoholic cocktails, spirits etc at every bar and good quality wines also. For lunch, burger bar and the beach bar are also great. The a la Turkish restaurant (Sofra) and Olive Italian were my favourite. Food at the at the hotel has a great selection at the buffet with fresh pasta every night, seafood, meat, kids selection etc. Reception also sorted us a hire car to go the amazing land of legends and which is fantastic and we had dinner at the on site nemo restaurant which is an experience not to be missed. My husband and I used the amazing spa for massages on several occasions and again service was exceptional. I used the optician where I got a new pair glasses fitted, ordered and delivery in 3 days! Great selection of frames and great service again! My daughter had a mani/pedi for her birthday in the hairdresser also. The hotel has great ancillary shops on site. They loved the table tennis and baby football tables also.
She was delighted!! The heated pool and slides (although a little disappointed the slides were only open for one hour due to early season) are a massive favourite with my kids but we did not use the kids club as they prefer to stay with us. We went to the Olive a la carte restaurant for her dinner and they had a little sign for her and we got a beautiful chocolate cake all included. Tooth fixed within an hour after that! My daughters turned 8 yesterday and for her birthday they gave us some Prosecco and a beautiful fruit bowl delivered to the rooms as surprise. When I had a dental emergency, I called reception and they got me an appt in 45 mins with a local dentist on a Saturday evening. Food, service, facilities, housekeeping and everything else are second to none.

We had a lovely two bedroom apartment with an enclosed terrace area plus balcony which gave us more space. Burcin (front office manager) understood and meet my requests for a quiet room due to our sons needs. I can be quite a harsh critic but from even before our visit it’s been exceptional. This is one of the best hotels we have ever been to as a family.
